34028 Eddystone bowing out at Swanage 17th August

    So its about time 34028 has an rest and an overhaul!

    After its 11 years in traffic, 34028 bows out of traffic on the 17th of August. The locomotive will run all day and cover the evening DMU diagram, meaning it will arrive back in Swanage at 22.57.
    Normal fares apply during the day but an evening ticket with unlimited travel after 18.00 is just £3.50! Thats 4 round trips behind 34028 for £3.50, that must be the bargain of the summer!
