Looks to me like 76084 was doing the lions share of the work, with little help from 61264 at that time...
Just the one loco on the 5th Nov Tin Bath, getting up the 1in50 from Barnsley will be interesting :eek:
Hemmingfield tunnel between Elsecar and Wombwell. It must have been sorted as the Tin Bath tours run through it :)
Here's another film I found of the Lickey, not my film but the sparks are flying. It's a good job it's not on a spark arrestor test :eek:
Always go out early for these tours. It was about 12 early at Chapeltown and gained time on the Penistone line.

Could they not borrow an injector from another loco that's in for repair ? (If that's what's needed).

In this film you can see the tender contents and around 50 secs in the fireman has the long iron out, presumably to try bring the fire...
Re the Tin Bath I've done it twice in the past, a varied and interesting tour. I go with my partner so £218 for the tour plus travel to a boarding...
I remember reading that story, somewhere in the Hull area comes to mind. How they managed to get that quantity of hot water I don't know.. the...

My guess would be Barrow Hill for servicing and turning, the tour could go up through Dronfield to Sheffield and return via Darnall to Barrow Hill...
