Tornado's move now confirmed - move has been activated. Will have a diesel in the marshalling throughout.

Move has had a last minute cancellation due to the request of DBS.

That just brings home to us how rigorous the FTR exam is. When steam was everywhere on the system, a leaking gland, dependent on where it was would be insufficient to prevent a loco being sent out especially if that was all there was. Times change, standards rise and as a result we have to live with the odd disappointment although I hope that Saturday 23rd isn't one of them!

I know grrrrr lol. My brother has obviously done something to upset Tangers, as today will be the 5th time he's tried too see her Garstang way, only for her to be well early or well late. She paused at the GL for a few minutes to let a Virgin pass but is now on her way again.

Just pleased to see that she's still green. Have been worried about the time she has been spending at the home of the maroon paint tin.

Anyone just south of northampton seeing tangmere, be alert. Tangmere may not be stopping at Northampton N Jc since she took water at Rugby Signals.

A bit too dark to photo her, I think I may just sit at the bottom of the garden with a pipe and enjoy the (brief) spectacle!
