Just a quick reminder that our first Enthusiast Day of the year is on the 31st.

All our usual fleet will be running with one new addition, completed over the winter period.

In addition there are a couple of new arrivals to see (both in need of restoration) and an exciting development in the Oak Tree storeage building.

You'll enjoy it, but allow plenty of time, SBR is not an experience to be rushed as there is more to see each year!

More to look forward to at Statfold Barn, there are that many working engines now that I suspect a bit of double heading

will be needed to give everything a chance to go round a couple of times. When everything is restored I think more running

days will be needed! I'm glad I live nearby and am looking forward to my umpteenth visit.

We aim to have 13 locos in steam and 1 diesel

Purple Emperor is right there will be some double heading!

Just want to say that I had a great day at the statfold barn on sat, so many locos in steam and i think bronllwyd looks excellent in her new livery. shame about the big blue mallet derailing and then being taken off, hope nothing seriously wrong. cant wait for the next one to see the corpet and marchlyn running!!
