    Folks,

I''m trying tio get a contact address for the above. I believe that they have produced Vic Nuttons collection of photos.

I have looked up a contact for VIc Nutton on the web and the above seems to be the nearest option.

    Can anyone oblige?

    Thanks

I don't have Tony's address to hand - he lives on the Isle of Man - but if you go to the Transport Festivals and Flea Markets you will find him. He was at Pudsey a couple of weeks ago.

He will be at Boyle St on the last weekend in March - but you will have to wait for me to check for new offerings first.

He has arranged a license deal with both Mr Glum of Golcar and Mr Nutton so their fifties and sixties colour libraries are liable to be very damaging to your wallet.

    They are to mine!

    Happy sifting

    Ah.

    Thanks for that TBirdFrank

I bought a few colour photos of Irish railways in the 60's by Vic Nutton on ebay. They're fantastic quality. I didn't know the first thing about Vic Nutton and I had no indication whether they were copyright or not., I posted some on a web forum where they have been receiving a lot of admiration and queries about where the rest of the Irish part of his collection could be obtained.

If you can get a contact details in the future I'd be much obliged

    Thanks again

    Hi,

Can anyone comment on the current Travel Lens situation please? I wrote to him back in January but haven't heard anything. Is one meant to supply a certain number of stamps or IRCs for example? I did enclosed an SAE, perhaps it just takes a while to dealing with requests? Is there an email address?

    Any info much appreciated.

    James Smith.

I spoke to Tony Wilson on the phone last night. He is currently scanning a lot of his photos and they will be available. If you are interested in anything in particular, do write to him but it may be "some time" (to quote Mr Wilson) before he replies.

So, at least the Travel Lens Photographic collection should be available soon. The situation with the TC Cole colllction is not so good. Mr Cole has virtually stopped his photograph sales, except at some exhibitions but he wasn't sure which. He suggested I ring back in a couple of months. If anyone hears of exhibitions he is attending, I'll be pleased to hear of them.

Try Castlecroft on Saturday and Sunday or Pudsey on Sat 29th - Tony will surely be standing one of them
