    Been informed that 5972 is to move Light Engine to York (NRM) on Monday. The NRM website seems to confirm this, although i've been given the following times:
    But the NRM states that it'll arrive at dinner...

    17:00 hrs has always been the start of 'dinner time' for me, lasting anywhere upto 19:00 hrs so that looks spot on to me :p

    Seems overhead wires probs are causing probs between skipton and leeds till 12 noon at least. hope steam is unaffected

    Thanks for the video, I see it says on the caption to go on display at the NRM so does that mean it's definately not going to be on the Scarborough Spa Express's then? The missus and I are visiting York in the first week of September and fancy another trip on the SSE, we had a stonking ride behind Cromwell last year, but I really don't fancy the prospect of Hogwarts Castle.

    Just noticed on the NRM's own web site and NRM Facebook that she is leaving the museum this coming Monday 15.11.2010.

    Yep, now on uksteam loco movements as provisional.

    NRM say's it has left the main building and Maude has arrived at the triangle, didn't hear properly so missed the name of the triangle, as far as I know its not on its way yet.

    It moved last Tuesday.

    I passed it at 0815 on it's way south from York.
