Thanks for the info, my Dad was looking in his old Ian Allan book and couldn't find any 70E shedcode so that clears that up.

    Hi all,

I've noticed on the loco roster that 34059 is doing an Evening Pullman service? Does anyone have the times for this please? I am planning on going down there after work for some photos.

    Many Thanks

    Andy

I was going to ask if anyone knows the timings for the "special" during the day. I know the ceromony is scheduled for 11ish but I wouldnt mind being in my usual spot near west hoathly to watch it emerge from the tunnel. Any timeings greatfully received!

Many thanks for the timings. If anyone sees a black Citreon C3 with two guys unloading the worlds supply of photography equipment then come up and say Hi!

There were three (3) trains operating at the Bluebell today.

No.672 "Fenchurch" was working the scheduled Bluebell 'Spring Special', and the hired-in Class 08 diesel locomotive No.13236 was busy at Kingscote and Imberhorne Lane on the northern extension with an engineering train. But the most spectacular working was, without a doubt, SR class Battle of Britain, No. 34059 "Sir Archibald Sinclair" working a Special.

My photos taken today are online at http://gallery74781.fotopic.net/c1680600_12.html

The Bluebell web site says that 34059 is working the 11.00, 1PM and 3PM services ex- Sheffield Park to-morrow. The timetable says that there is also a 4.47 working, which is usually diagrammed for the same loco.

Is there no 4.47? Is another loco going to work it - or will it be 34059? I'm confused.

Can anyone out there clarify please?

    Thanks

Surely it's first public train is tonight's murder mystery evening on the Golden Arrow ;-) Mind you it is pre-booked so prehaps it's first revenue earning train would be a better description.

Doesn't the Murder Mystery provide any revenue, then?

I meant tonight would be it's first revenue earning train. Sorry if I was unclear.
