Nice one Austin, I love the station announcement, like 6233 was about to stop! I still can't get mine uploaded and I am off to see "The Tin Bath" now.

Running about 15 min down, looked great coming out of Moorcock Tunnel and along the section into Shotlock Hill Tunnel, sunny and plenty of snow on the fell tops but not easy to get it in shot. Freezing cold and blowing a gale. Chased off to Appleby only to find she didn't stop as booked. We caught the south bound run at Town End just south of Penrith, good long view here, wonderful noise, showing off with the safety valves sizzling! Dropped off the M6 at Forton because we realised we were in front of her, the light went but looked great, about 10 down we thought. Wonderful machine, 'till next run. Harold.

Two cameras eh Neil, this could become popular. She was certainly flying and it makes a really spectacular shot.

Well after Tornado at Northallerton last year I thought it was worth a go! I wish I had done the same thing at Hazel Grove on Sunday for the Tin Bath as I had the one video camera set up and went for a pan shot and got a nice going away shot of peoples backs, heads and rucksacks!

Better late than never. In poor weather, No.6233 can be seen leaving Hellifield.

That's a lovely shot, it wasn't the best of days to be photographing steam trains on the Settle to Carlisle, as I found out at BLEA MOOR!

Stopped in Appleby on way to Lake District and saw it storm through in fine style.

There were a number of disappointed bystanders who'd travelled there especially to photograph it during the scheduled(?) 20 min stop for water.

Late posting I know but only just returned home.
