did look like a slow trip up Old Hill, although she was coming through Cradley at a fair old pace, missed a photo unfortunately due to having a queue at the ticket window just as she came through, but I could hear the bark sharpen as she ascended Old Hill, and she seemed to take an age to clear the section infront accoridng to the screen!
Trust passengers to turn up just as you want to go outside and grab a shot ](*,)

Yes she was slow up Old Hill, I was on my way home in the following DMU and we got held outside the Tunnel
    for a couple of minutes.
But we have to make allowances for Old Ladies when they are out and about. ;-)

Still at clay mills junc down due to problems filling up no 7. They hope to leave around an hour late. Been told that the slow journey up old hill bank was due to trespass. Also due to the success of this tour another was planned in october with 6024 from bridgnorth to kingswear. However due to 6024's failure this week all plans are up in the air. A trip is still planned in early october but loco and route unknown.

Apparently a small crack has been found in 6024's firebox tubeplate.
She has already been pulled from the WSR Spring Gala.

The traincrew of the DMU heading the other way previous to the passing of 60007 apparently dealt with the tresspass, a couple of so called "enthusiasts"...
I guess the crew of 60007 were warned and were perhaps told to proceed with caution up the bank, i'm not sure to be honest though, nothing seems to be circulating at work at the moment!

For some reason it was booked as "The Severn Valley Ltd"/1Z67 as far as Lincoln and then unnamed/1Z70 from Lincoln to Doncaster.
Cheers Ralph, there don't seem to be many shots of "Gresley" this time, I think everyone must be sick of seeing it.

All in all a good day out behind no 7. Shame standard was at the back all day but thats the norm with steam tours nowadays. Glad to hear SVRA/RTC plan to run future tours which i will certainly support.
A couple of shots now up on:

Could the headboard have been taken off due to the proximity of the OLE at Doncaster to the top lamp bracket? Taking the headboard off might result in a frazzled person!
