Telford Steam Railway - Proposal to extend operations into the Ironbridge Gorge

    Yes I am an active volunteer
    Having had a look through IRT proposals it looks as if they are intending to reinstate the main line from the power station site, through the gorge and eventually to Bridgnorth(SVR), so the only conflict with Telford appears to be the proposal to run tramway from Power Station to Ironbridge.
    It sounds simple so I have probably misunderstood it all!!:confused:
    There could be some conflict with the ideas between the 2 schemes.

    The IRT application to the Restoring Your Railway fund wasn't on the list of those going forward
