I look forward to placing my order. Are you going to do signed copies, Simon?

    Yes please.
Does that mean I should order a copy through you, or what?

    Are there 54 cities?
How about a book signing at every West Country name? (Baggsy not showing up to Yes Tor if the weather comes in...)

Put me down for a copy (for my dad)...

A whistle-stop tour ( “stop me and I’ll sign one” ) of former LNER lines, pulled by 61306.

I have no control over my publishers website I’m afraid: happy to feedback constructively any thoughts you may have.

Not if you're playing 'Pass the Purlin' - the ancient game, beloved of both children and roofers.

I note the publisher has limited the initial print run to 1,000 copies. So buy yours whilst sticks (sic) last :)

I have asked the publisher how best to arrange this and will get back to you in due course. :)

I recently contributed towards the cost of a brilliant book about the Sharpe TV series, those wanting signed copies of course paid more. The copies were sent to the author, who signed them and sent back to publishers who then forwarded to buyers. Seemed to work out OK.

Just to say, I have spoken to my publisher about signing copies, and the long and the short of it is that I now have to go to the warehouse to manually sign copies in due course!

The things I do for my work ;)

Just to prove that authorship is not as glamorous as many would like / make out ? The silver lining is that signing books at railway events leads to meeting interesting people !
