The B4s. Always a favourite. I have clear memories of them chugging down West Quay Rd in Poole down to the Quay or even better gallantly puffing up Parkstone Bank on their way home after a good(s) days work. A friend more or less transformed a Mamod into a B4 lookalike for me, it will always be 30093 St Malo!

If that was the one at http://563locomotivegroup.co.uk/restoration/563lg-online-conference-26th-march-2021/ when I tried to run it I got a malware warning: see attached screenshot. Anyone shed any light on that?

I can't shed any light on the malware warning I'm afraid, but the presentation is also available on YouTube at:-

Having had friends here for a lot of the week not really any chance to go out for the two train service. So took the opportunity today to see the final three trains, the first two at Townsend Bridge (where there has been some lineside clearance) and the final one at Harmans Cross. Hint noted. The problem was that the supplier's pricing process was so opaque that in 2019 I had to wait for their Black Friday discount in order to avoid a loss. I am reluctant to take 100+ payments and then find I will either make a loss or have to return everyone's cash. That said, I will certainly think about it in the autumn.

Spent a very pleasant day at the Swanage on Saturday. Trains seemed well populated, and it was nice to see Eddystone back in service; my thanks to all involved!

Does anybody know is the loco and stock info entered (or fed) to Real Time Trains is done manually? I noticed this morning that when 33111 had to be called up for the first service at short notice RTT showed 34028, even on the return leg from Norden.
Just wonder how it works, certainly not a criticsm.

Having just abandoned 34028 up the sidings, I can confirm it is planned to be 31806 tomorrow. No issues, just planned rotation of engines.

I noticed that the S&DRT have their calendar available https://www.sdrt.org/product/new-2022-calendar/ maybe their supplier is different and might be worth contacting?

Understandable but one more day for 34028 and we would have been down tomorrow

Looks like manually updated in advance with 31806 over the weekend, but not yet updated for Monday. Then actual time run updated by the sensors on the coaches, so if another loco is substituted, the online info needs to be manually updated?
Notice also over the weekend there are diesel paths for Wareham marked as "Unadvertised Ordinary Passenger" "West Coast railway", maybe in case more Swanage Railway DMU training takes place?

The Wareham trains are Q paths and still show as WCRC as the TOC. They have been there since the Wareham trains ran.

Does the Swanage Railway DMU training (if it is still continuing?) not need paths, providing the DMUs do not pass beyond the river Frome bridge onto Network Rail?

Last Friday's DMU training runs were not shown in RTT although I saw the DMU go past the window.

Just seen the DMU and 31806 both at Corfe on different platforms on Railcam.
31806 listed on Realtime site, but not the DMU testing/training.

To my limited knowledge DMUs not fitted with RTT equipment.
