    Still in 1970 the coach trip for shed bashing was an overnight Saturday/Sunday South and South Wales. Hydraulics were caught at Salisbury station and Westbury stabling points, Bristol Bath Road, Newport Ebbw Junction, Cardiff Canton and Margam. Bath Road produced North British ex-works 6308 destined for preservation until it was sent to Swindon by mistake and crunched, too late!
