    Insurer: Did you look in your mirror and indicate before you pulled out?
    Merc. driver: Sorry I don't understand the question. What are indicators and mirrors? I drive a Mercedes so everyone will automatically get out of my way.
    Insurer: OK fine, have a hefty insurance premium rise.

    I remember my father's comment when I first visited him at Rheindalen. It was to the effect that a German driver would rather die than yield his right of way.
