With only a week to go to the Gala, here are my photos of some of the diesels that are, according to the TSR website, due to take part:

(1955) Ruston & Hornsby 0-4-0 88DS No. 382824 ‘Hector’

DMU Nos. 51950 & 52060

(1968) Ruston & Hornsby 0-4-0 LSSH No 525947 known as ‘Rusty’

(1952) Ruston & Hornsby 0-4-0 DM Class 165DS No 313394


In addition, (1954) North British 0-4-0DH No. 27414 ‘Tom’ was tucked up in the shed and BR class 08 No. 08757 ‘Eagle’ was not back on site. Both of these are also due to run at the gala (according to the website).

There is also a class 37 in the yard. Does anyone which one it is?

I can see no mention on the website of this being involved at the Gala.
