    When we first saw it, way down the valley, there was loads of white exhaust, but by the time it reached Shap Wells...

    Delays up to 45 minutes on the wcml between Penrith & Carlisle due to flooding. Was shown as expected to last until 1015, now updated to show 1100. There has been heavy rain in the Carlisle area overnight, still heavy rain now.
