Is 9466 still mainline ticketed although a new owner has bought her til 2025?

It was reported elsewhere 9466 had its mainline ticket renewed for 12 months earlier this year, so it is mainline registered until 2020. Given Kinlet Hall and Thornbury Castle are both being restored by Tyseley to mainline condition, I would suggest her chances of continued mainline operation are better than average. Vintage Trains are committed to continued pannier operation and have previously used 9466. However, given the West Somerset's issues with having its own motive power to call on (& reliance on hired in engines at considerable expense) I would think that would be the new owner's priority.
As mentioned earlier this is a loco I have great affection for, this is as good an outcome I could have hoped for.

I would presume any certificates would be attached to the locomotive and not whoever or what company possessed it.
That said, they could well be contingent on a named "responsible person" overseeing it which would require them being legally nominated.

SR has spoken with the new owner Jonathan Jones-Pratt (JJP) . 9466 is to move to the South Devon Railway for the summer season, it is indeed too heavy for the WSR currently - but it will run there when the line is upgraded again. JJP hopes to organise at least one mainline tour this year with 9466 'to keep it going for Dennis' and further mainline trips in conjunction with Kinlet Hall maybe considered in the future - possibly centring on Weston-super-Mare, which is JJP's home town.

Information today from a local friend who is closer to the action is that 9466 was loaded on a trailer last Wednesday, with the intention of it going initially to the Mid Norfolk Rly who have a shortage of usable steam locos. However, due to payment not being completed, 9466 was seen still at Quainton on the trailer on Friday evening last. I am given to understand the the haulier is definitely not happy as he had other work for the trailer on Thursday and Friday which has to be deferred, assuming it is not lost. Who compensates him for a tied up vehicle?

I suspect it will depend on the terms of the contract between haulier and customer. That the locomotive remained on the trailer suggests that some agreement exists, otherwise I suspect the haulier would have unloaded again.

I would be surprised if there weren't any financial penalties for the new owner of 9466 for the unexpected delays. I assume the hauliers would wait as long as possible for the delays to be resolved, but should the delay threaten to impact other business, then ultimately the risk is that 9466 is unloaded and the lorry moves on to it's next job. The hauliers certainly wouldn't want to jeopardise their reputation with their other customers.

I'm surprised that payment wasn't completed prior to movement being arranged.

Update: For the record I see that said low loader has indeed left Quainton complete with its 9466 load, so I assume any issues hindering movement has now been resolved.

Video on the 9466 website shows her departure, post suggests she has gone to the WSR with no mention of any other destination?

JJP seems to be rivalling JB for the role of having a story and mention in every edition of SR now.
