    A new event in our 2019 calendar, our Coal Train Weekend will see a mixture of Passenger and Freight trains operate with steam and diesel locomotives. The first chance to witness our new ‘mini-windcutter’ Mineral Wagon set operating on a public open day.

    • Hunslet 0-6-0 ST 1873 in its new East Moors Steel Works livery as No. 18 - Which will be running without her 'Jessie' name plates for this weekend.
    • Andrew Barclay 0-4-0 ST Rosyth No. 1
    • BR Class 31 Diesel Loco D5627

    Having work done to the axle boxes according to Facebook but I expect Alex G will be able to confirm.

    Yes currently having work done to its axle boxes. We were hopeful of completing it in time for this event but time has beaten us. Should be back in action before the end of June.
