Also in steam for the event are the three operational resident Industrials:

    Andrew Barclay No. 11
    Bagnall 'Jubilee'
Robert Stephenson & Hawthorns No. 54 'Pen Green'

Photo Evening with 813 Friday 5th April:

Meet at Chappel & Wakes Colne station at 18:15 for a quick safety brief and an outline of the evenings planned events. We plan to start at around 18.30 where we will concentrate exclusively around the goods shed, the goods shed dates back to Victorian times and is a fitting centrepiece for the museum and for our short nightshoot. It has been beautifully restored and oozes character.
We will be using the visiting Port Talbot Tank 0-6-0ST No. 813 and a small goods rake including our Toad Brake Van to provide the main stay of atmosphere. We plan to finish around 21.30 which we feel will give everyone plenty of time in a relaxed way to fully capture all the scenes on offer. The price of this charter will be £30.

I'm certainly looking forward to seeing 813 at Chappel, along with the industrial engines.

Converted to Thomas in about 2008 during a major overhaul. Has visited a few places since the conversion like Colne Valley, North Norfolk, Buckinghamshire Railway Centre as well as the Netherlands.
