Looking at RTT the block must be between Clapham Jct and Barnes, probably also through Richmond. There is a service from Barnes to Weybridge via the Loop but nothing east of Barnes. So unless the Loop can be accessed at Kew Bridge, that's it for the Windsor Lines that day.

Should be possible by going from Victoria via Kensington Olympia, Willesden SW sidings and South Acton to Kew Bridge. That misses out Clapham Junction to Richmond. I did that route on a Surrey Hills trip with Flying Scotsman last Summer. I also think a Pullman special with 60009 went that way too but might be wrong.

Well that's a bonus for the travellers and an extra two hours to partake of the on-board service. But more to the point Clan Line has been gauged for a circular Kent route.

Cue the requests to do it again on a normal charter.

Would be nice if it had the Golden Arrow Regalia for this trip

Good to see Clan Line today, sparkling as always, and complete with the full Golden Arrow Regalia (nice touch guys!). Hope the passengers enjoyed their trip to Margate despite the poor weather, and thanks as always to Belmond, DBC, and the MNLPS. A few photos from me below:

Nice shots. I notice that a minute of lost time was regained between Bromley South and Bickley, which, given the 1 in 90 bank, must be one of the hardest places to make up time. The first of your Bickley shots bears out the effort!

    A short video from Bickley...

Thanks very much! Not sure who was driving this one, but he deserves a lot of credit for his efforts. The signaller sent them down the dive-under at Shortlands and then appears to have held the train at the bottom of the ramp (from watching it on the OTT live map), so a standing start with that load in those conditions can't have been easy...

It was indeed held at the bottom of the dive under.

Much against my better judgment I went out yesterday in spite of an iffy weather forecast to see Clan Line on one of it's rare journies round Kent with the Pullman. The rain turned out to be a 12 hour monsoon but here are shots taken at Teynham and leaving Canterbury at Tanington. I had another couple of locations lined up but by Canterbury had almost lost the will to live

A video and two photos from yesterday, thanks to all involved in organising this trip. Video also features the GBRF staff charter that ran from London Victoria to London Gateway.

Richmond, I was hoping to make the Thames Crossing, but too much of a risk to get there in time, so I settled for Church Road instead. 21/4/2018.

The Pullman on Saturday (14th July 2018) still ran, and looked good in the sunshine, with Clan Line on the front (OK due to the fire risk 67024 was inside and providing most of the power) - some shots from near Abinger Hammer.
