    Mentioned already in the F&WHR thread, there's been sporadic, but significant activity on the overhaul of Welsh Pony (in between maintaining the regular fleet, etc).

    This latest view (which I found on Isengard.co.uk) shows progress on the new boiler / firebox - and prompted the starting of a thread so we can keep tabs on the next England to steam:
