All factored into the cost of the tour...

Offset by visits to K&WVR, ELR, plus the Buxton tour too.

Well, since I'm on the Whitby trip tomorrow, I'm very grateful to Riley and Co for fixing whatever the problem was and to WCR for rescheduling including one extra path if that was the best way for them to get the job done. A really busy two or three days for them at Carnforth.

I think 76084 is heading off from York to Sheringham on Monday so is finding its niche.

Please add a seconder to all of the above. It really is worth celebrating when organisations work to make all the components of the jigsaw fit again even when someone decides to change the picture.

46100 + support coach + 45407 + support coach were sitting near the carriage wash plant near Alexandra Palace a few minutes ago. Interesting formation! I understand 61264 will be added at York, so will run as loco + coach + loco + coach + coach + loco!

If someone's around to get a photo of that I'd be fascinated to see it.

It left York as 46100+45407+coach+coach+coach+61264 (tender-first). Interesting manoeuvres took place in the NRM sidings to achieve the formation.
