60103 at Arlesey. Main camera stopped filming for some reason so grafted on a bit of mobile phone footage to complete the sequence.

My footage of 60103 at New Zealand Bridge, Sandy from last night. Found out about this halfway through filming the Belmond in London yesterday, so rushed home straight after 'Lord Dowding' left Victoria, for my spare battery and off I went to Sandy. Had the bridge to myself and parents for an hour beforehand, and 2 minutes til pass time, a father and son with their dog came along, running up the bridge as she came along making tapping noises which my mic very kindly picked up... All part of the fun haha. Enjoy.

Had to go to E Beds then to London for an all night London Bus Charter so toolk the opportunity to see Scotty. First shot passing Sandy at about ten past nine, second is the ECS on the North London Line at Brondesbury. As I was leaving the last location had an interesting conversation with a young lady on the platform, "That didn't look like an ordinary train was it something special?" "Yes it was Flying Scotsman." "What's that." "Have you never heard of Flying Scotsman?" "No never." Hmmm.

It was on the outbound but the return leg fell somewhat under the radar, as many of stations south of Newark looked quiet ! To be honest it all made for a nice change of pace.

I think the key to it was itwasn't featured in the media and very few non enthusiasts were out, let's hope all the hype is over

I think if she asked me a similar question about something in her 'world', the answer from me could be the same ;)

Last time I was there, Sandy was most definitely on the same planet as the rest of Bedfordshire so I guess the young lady is too. :)

It wasn't at Sandy it was Brondesbury, not sure if that part of London is on the same planet. The best thing about most of the whole place now is any of the routes out.
