I see RTC have added a new trip on 27th March using A4 60019 and starting from Euston. Trip is to Manchester, but only steam one way.

That'll be the second pacific at Euston in the same month. Just wondered, has an A4 left there before?

The 1948 loco exchanges saw an A4 depart Euston. I think it was 60034 involved in the WCML trials.

That was "proper" Euston, not the 60's concrete slab & electric wires which caused the destruction of the Doric Arch & Great Hall.

Aren't there plans to rebuild the Arch? I seem to recall seeing a tv programme about it last year.
