Looks like it's delayed. Saw a report that 60163 was taking water at Sittingbourne at 10:45. No subsequent reports seen so no idea if or when it left Rainham.

I assume that the reference on UKSteam's timings page to 'Gillingham DGL' should actually read 'Sittingbourne DGL', then? Quite a difference!

Departed Rainham 10:37, a mere 57 minutes late.

The UKSteam site says departure from Rainham should have been at 1030. A 1037 departure makes it 7 minutes late, not 57. Have the timings changed dramatically, was it not really 1037, was 57 a typo, etc.?

UKSteam showing 60163 as due off Rainham at 10:30, so 10:37 doesn't equate to 57 minutes, unless there have been timetable revisions!

Ignore my fat fingers posting earlier. Should have read Rochester 11:27 so around 47 late at that point. Nice and sunny here in Streatham but no loco to phot.

Reported 54 late at Swanley and then passing Kent House at 12:08. Full dull now in Streatham but was nice and sunny at 60163's booked time.

What with the number of errors/typos on UKSteam increasing alarmingly and members posting wrong times, etc., it seems we need to tighten up our posting checks at the very least. We should all be careful to ensure that we don't post errors (check your typing before posting). By the way, the work of UKSteam is invaluable and hugely appreciated, but errors can be costly to the fraternity!

[IMG]15:22 Canterbury East to London Victoria due 17:02This train has been delayed at Canterbury East by 4 minutes and has been further delayed at Selling and is now 12 minutes late. This is due to a train fault.
    Additional Information:

O for heaven's sake grow up. So I posted a wrong time which I corrected within a few minutes. Hardy a crime is it? How much info did you post today? A big fat zero so a fat lot of good you did the "fraternity."
As the old saying goes, "Show me a person who has never made a mistake and I'll show you someone who has never achieved much." I take it therefore that you've never achieved anything.

Must of made up a load of time somewhere as I saw a tweet that said around 55 mins late near Swanley but went through Nutfield only around 35 down. The generator van on the rear made it sound like a diesel was approaching, it was only the smoke in the distance that made me put the camera on. Video to follow.
