Visit from the Transport Trust organisation

    The GWR Preservation Group acting Chairman Mike Gorringe and principal members will welcome members from the Transport Trust on Saturday, 23rd July, to view our site and discuss our projects in hand.

    The Transport Trust is a ‘national charity established to promote and encourage the preservation and restoration of Britain’s unique heritage in all its forms’. Their Patron is the HRH Prince Michael of Kent, whose knowledge is widely respected.

    This is a one off arranged visit as the group is subject to regulations from its leaseholder regarding public visits.
