    Hi Guys
There has already been a few reports of Loco's / Coaches that have left the Swansea Vale recently. I'm trying to find out if any of the wagons/plant have also found homes anywhere else or whether they have been scrapped. Were any wagons involved/destroyed in the fire?
Below is a list of what I noted several years ago.
    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks Matt
Hopefully the unknowns will turn up at a heritage site & not a scrapyard. Does the Swansea Vale have a date it has to be cleared? It is sad really, when I visited in 2004 they opened just for two of us. Starting with tea & biccies, history of the local railway in steam days, a tour of the site & a brakevan ride to the end of the line & back. A fantastic few hours. I must add we also visited the Gwili later in the afternoon & had a trip down the line. Looks like quite a lot of development has been going on since our visit.

Just noticed it's at the Pontypool and Blaenavon

    http://www.pontypool-and-blaenavon.co.u ... steam.html

    (penultimate entry)

The recent fires I believe were mainly directed at the DMU's so I don't think any wagons suffered by comparison.

Don't think there is an official date yet, things are still ongoing with the Councilk AFAIK

Ah thanks Matt. It's in their Locomotive section so I hadn't come across it.
