Four photographs of the ubiquitous British Railways 12 ton van built in there thousands and found all over the system. On the formation of British Railways they continued initially building 12 ton vans to a London Midland and Scottish Railway design before the introduction of the British Railways version. There were differences between batches and here we have one of the British Railways built London Midland and Scottish Railway design and three “standard” vans to different diagrams.
