    You can choose whether or not to receive these emails.

    There are a lot of setting to choose from, the email setting is listed under
    You will receive a copy of emails sent by the administrator to all members of the site.

    If you un tick this, you will not receive mail sent by me, however you will still receive system emails like responses to your posts, pm's etc.
