    The journey from Pickering to Whitby was described station by station throughout the programme, and if anyone was in any doubt, the viewers will have seen the superb scenary on view.
    The only reference to the "Bridge Appeal" fund progress was in one sentence, something like: "With only £50,000 in the fund, the future of the railway is far from secure".
    Lets hope someone with deep pockets comes along soon....
