    Thank goodness for that!!!

perhaps some of the more parochial MHR nonsense recently posted here would have been better posted there!!

You mean you have never had a donkey die on you and needed someone to blow it up?

True...true...I just needed something quickly while I wrote my own, (which are now on)

Admin - permission need not be asked on mine :smt002 , also if you paid for copyright then you are doing it the wrong way. You can get the same copyright very easily for free.

I always thought that free copyright was very differant to paid copyright . in the sence that free copyright only covered you for certain things but paid copyright was to protect from anything.

Nope theres no-copyright or copyright. Paid or free (or extremely cheap) does not make any difference.

Anything you write is effectivley copyrighted when you put it on paper. You can take steps however to prove that you wrote it when you did, like depositing a copy in a bank/solicitor or even sending it to yourself by Special Delivery and leaving it unopened which gives a clear date/time stamp.

But the correct wording for the T&C regarding the site was professionally worded.

    Yes, I'm sorry.

But I really don't mind whether there is a link or credits or not. It's not like anybody reads them...:) :)
