A big weekend brewing with the possibility of sun and snow.

Trying to work out the best plan, can you post details if your local line has got snow?

Whilst I've not been over to the MHR I can virtually guarantee they've still got snow, there's plenty in Basingstoke!

GCR still has snow, with more planned to fall over the weekend, it won't be as nice as it was on Monday, or even Tuesday, but it'll still look fairly pretty.

Jamie, do you know if the generator van is likely to be in use this weekend?

This link is a good guide to area conditions. Also forecasts are often more accurate than Met Office - in Bath Met office/BBC said sleet last night whilst metcheck said heavy snow which was right.

  8. WSR stills webcam seems to be stuck at 6.44am. Streaming Cam not functioning. No idea why, sorry.

I had a meeting at Winchcombe station today and managed quite a few shots of Toddington and Winchcombe in the snow afterwards. No trains running sadly, but the snow didn't stop the P Way gang working on the new turnouts at Toddington North!

There was still a good amount of snow at the Alton end of the MHR. I went out on Saturday and got a few photos at the Motor bike field.

Nice one. If that was taken on Sat, then it must have snowed some more on Saturday night/Sunday morning!

Yes, a bit cold and wet after wading around in it for 6 hours. I see you managed to catch a couple of "bods" wandering around (I of which was me!).

Still got plenty done, a lot of redundant bullhead stuff removed. Would of liked to be in the "Beer" meeting at Winch thou'!? [-o<

Official taster been allocated yet? =P~ =P~ =P~

Yes I keep asking myself why I get lumbered with all these rotten jobs!!!!

Up to 14 different local beers should be present though, so plenty to taste \:D/
