My shots of Flying Scotsman tackling Filton Bank, thundering along The Severn Estuary at Purton with the annoying noise of a plane and storming past the excited locals at Charfield. Enjoy.

The locomotive has been solid as a rock since her return to the rails last year. Long may it continue.

Couldn't agree more. Mind you seems to apply to most if not all things coming out of Riley's work's. ;)

Nice shots but can we have some confirmation that the first and the last are not trespass shots please. I do not know the area so the first could be from a bridge the last one there appeared to be no loco whistle so is this a foot crossing or not?

I think you need to be careful about making accusations on a public forum. You could be the one who ends up in trouble.

I asked a perfectly reasonable question in my opinion!

The first shot was filmed on a footbridge just before Filton Abbey Wood Station and the last shot was at a foot crossing at Charfield. The loco did whistle but it was quite squeaky so it's difficult to tell but she did whistle and I was next to a network rail person that was rostered to go to the crossing in case of any trespassers. So quite clearly I wasn't trespassing AT ALL!

A question you had no authority to ask and if the OP took exception and took you to court for defamation you would soon find out that a civil court would not agree with you.

Thank you for that AlexGWR1994 I am no great fan of FS but they do seem to be good locations for other trips. I will now investigate with maps etc.

Nice video, I am in your second shot! Not so many people along this stretch of line yesterday, probably due to the time of day (I myself had the day off work).
