Just like to thanks everyone from the ELR for an absolutely fantastic bank hoiliday weekend, lots going on including many great evening events, the trains were packed and we had an absolutely fantastic time, a sincerely well done to all the organisers and those who worked very hard behind the scenes, I doubt anyone who had the good fortune to attend would have been disappointed and the good news is the ELR are putting on a second 1940s event on in September, such is its success. Well done everyone, the Germans came second again this year by the way, these guys are a glutton for punishment. =D>

The second 1940s event is booked for Saturday & Sunday 26th and 27th September 2009
