    Does anybody know where to obtain the glass ‘Bullseye’ (and seals) for Detroit Hydrostatic Lubricators from???

    you should be able to get the glass made easly. Not to sure about the seals however.

    You could try talking to the West Lancs Light Railway - they recently had some work done on their Detroit lubricator for their Joffre loco.
