Can anyone shed any light on why the K1 is coming to Tyseley? It would be nice to see a loco that isn't GWR around here.
We are also getting 6201 on Tuesday, Busy two days!!!

Did this move take place today as planned? I waited around at Washwood Heath for a couple of hours earlier and it was a no show by 1330.

That was an hour up then against UK Steam timings, still I had a good chat to another guy who had dropped his better half off at Fort Shopping Park. Thought I was in for some good spotting oportunities this week, 62005 Monday, 6201 Tuesday and 5029 Wednesday, at least the one has run so I will look out for it on the return next Tuesday.

We arrived 40 mins early at tyseley, we only stopped once all the way, which acourding to our driver, is unheard of down there on a passenger train, never mind a light engine move!!!

Not going anywhere now - 34067 is replacing it for the Bristol - Preston leg of the Great Britain II on Wednesday.
