    Surprised at the lack of posts on here about this. Through Sandy a few minutes late with 47760 doing most of the work on the rear. Guessing there are lots of speed restrictions through platforms on the ECML for 60103 like everywhere else.

    Looked very good when it stopped briefly at Spalding for a crew change. The smooth departure was spoiled only by the 47 that was kicking out more smoke than the steam loco. It was a straight level track, warm and dry. Surely FS didn't need a shove!

    I wonder if the Brush 4 was doing the 'shoving' as there had been no rain for such a long time? Of course, the problem has been solved now ;-)
