Thanks. I wouldn't waste my time on the rest. Unfortunately we are doing the Norwich as a way of meeting friends we haven't seen for a long time; and also the Cardiff. We'll wander down the trains to see what the box is doing but I won't put fingers to keyboard unless there is absolutely no assistance.
Just saw the pigs fly by....

What a pathetic response from RalphW to the excellent report by Shireman.

You will have to explain what you mean Sean as I do not have a clue.
To me it looked like a comment that it was unfortunate they were going to be diesel assisted. But as I am too old to understand all this modern imogi stuff you had better explain to me what is pathetic about it please!

It was a yawning symbol, in regards to a quote from Shireman's log of the Cotswold Venturer.

Always get those types of response from Ralph as he's a cheerleader for WCR. Wot an 'orrible thought, Ralph in a Cheerleader Uniform. I just ignore him these days.

Concerning the oft repeated from Shireman
"subjected to the whims of the driver of the diesel on the rear of the five trains."
How often does he have to be told that nothing is done on a whim, but it's easier to snipe like this and then play the innocent when pulled up about the comment. Yawn just indicating it's getting so boring.

As are any 'standard' responses on here, when posters have nothing to add to the debate other than snipping at opinions expressed.
