We are pleased to offer for sale the 2' Gauge Sipat currently under construction at NBR Engineering in Scarborough. Currently it a rolling chassis, with all motion complete. Boiler also under build too under the approval of British Engineering.

It can be finished as a Saddle Tank - like Georgina on North Bay Railway or Side tank, like an 040 version of Annie on the Groudle Glen Railway, Isle of Man or Rishra at Leighton Buzzard.

A powerful locomotive for its size moving 5 coaches with up to 100 people at North Bay, including the 300 metre 1% gradient with ease.

It will be finished in a single colour of your choice and will come with a new Boiler Certificate. Completion will be for the 2018 season. Lining and nameplates etc. can be added at cost.

    £55000 plus VAT = £66000.

Can make a locomotive to that gauge - yes. Unfortunately, this would be too small.
