Mid Hants railway

    Hi I wondering if any one can help me I often visit the mid habits railway for galas and even and would like to know how to get to some of the area near the lineside for good photos postcode or names of roads would help

    A 1:50000 or 1:25000 OS map of the area showing all the footpaths etc. would be a good start. You can learn a lot from that.

    A good book shop or outdoor pursuit shop would probably be able to help. An alternative would be to print off relevant map sections from streetmap.co.uk

    Just checked the photography section of the forum and there is a Mid Hants photo guide.

    www.footpathmaps.com gives OS maps but it's best to use it in the morning as they're normally out of data by the afternoon.
