UKsteam shows a 1 Oct trip from Paddington to Kidderminster "tbc". The website is now working again but does not mention that trip. If it hasn't been confirmed by now it is presumably not happening.

46100 from Paddington to Kingswear. Saturday, 14th October 2017.
    A message from Steam Dreams.

We are very disappointed to have had the news from Network Rail this afternoon, that due to the well-publicised delays with the electrification work on the Great Western Mainline from Paddington, they have had to schedule some emergency engineering works next weekend which has resulted in closure of the main line from London to beyond Reading to do some electrification testing works. You may hear about this over the coming days in the national media, as of course it’s affecting not just our single charter train to Kingswear, but also every other train from Paddington will have to be cancelled.

We have only had this information in the last hour, but we wanted to share it with passengers before the weekend. It goes without saying that we are very disappointed that this has had to happen, and we very much regret any inconvenience and disappointment this has caused

We are already working with both our Train Operating Company, West Coast Railways, and Network Rail to find a new date next year for this train and we will let you know as soon as possible.

Statement from Network Rail - Friday 6 October

We need to carry out this work as part of the drive to electrify the line to Didcot and enable new electric trains to run between there and Paddington.

We are aware that this weekend work has unfortunately meant the cancellation of charter heritage train runs, and we sympathise with those who had planned to enjoy those rides.

Whilst we take great pride in the railway’s history, we need to build for the future, and we hope that those who have been inconvenienced will understand the importance of this.
