Meant to be 46233. Good to see Sapperton on the return... but will it be 46233 or will it be out of gauge, as it has been the past few times?

Where are they taking water? There's 25 mins at Milton Jn, nr Didcot on the return, but the longest stop on the outward is 15 mins at Kingham - long enough for a top-up but rather late in the trip? Amazingly, straight through Oxford at 1251. When was the last time a steam tour ran non-stop through Oxford? Usually there's anything up to an hour in a loop...

Out of Victoria there's often a quick top up at Ascot in the 12 mins stop. 60163 was supposed to run non-stop through Oxford last September on the Severn Valley Wanderer but we got held at Hinksey North Jn and only went through the station at 25.

The Whistling Ghost back in June went through non-stop quite late in the night. Again with the Duchess

I agree about the out of gauge issue, unless she's been remeasured since, as the Whistling Ghost in June was meant to be through Cheltenham Spa out and back.
I do hope she's coming up Sapperton, been too long since she has.

And it seems that a Duchess can now fit into Victoria P2, or has that always been possible?

Will try to see it somewhere. I last saw this engine on Edge Hill shed 55 years ago, would be nice to see her again !
