I don't know whats included on the DVD's but the total run time is 240 minutes. I have ordered my copy from HMV for £21.99.

Cheers posting the cover, hadn't seen seen it before as Amazon (where I pre-ordered from) haven't uploaded the cover yet although according to them my copy is due out on February 27th rather than March 6th.

I did see on Amazon a running time of 4 hours. I know there were 2 televised versions (the original with occasional comments from the crew and no commentary for the other) but not sure what the extras will be unless its the run shown in real time again but from different camera angle choices for the duration of the journey.

Personally I'm hoping one of the extras is The Return of the Flying Scotsman but don't think it will be on there sadly.

Earlier today it was possible to view the DVD cover in the Amazon advertisement.
Now it has disappeared again. Rather strange. <BJ>

I passed the NRM on Thursday morning, courtesy of Virgin Trains - lots of smoke coming from 60103, which was in the preparation area. Is she going off somewhere?

I wonder, there's a CME on Saturday with either Scots Guardsman or 'loco TBA'. Is the Scot fit and healthy??
I don't have any facts, it's just me thinking aloud and seeing Mr Rileys photo of FS being lit up on Thursday.

My copy arrived as well (I had ordered it off Amazon who cancelled it when it said it wasn't available anymore so ordered from HMV).

I'm a bit confused by the Journey Uncut though. Am I right to assume that the Footplate version of the Journey Uncut is separate on Disc 1 and the Bufferbeam one on Disc 2? I just finished watching the Bufferbeam version on Disc 2 (the trailers, Scotsman from the Air and Commentary less version of the original programme are all on Disc 2 as well) but not looked at Disc 1 yet.

Good excuse for the driver to open the drain cocks.
